KENT, Wash. – September 28, 2015 – COMBAT, a leading developer, designer and manufacturer of elite baseball and softball bats and apparel, announced today the hiring of Tim Lord to serve as Director of Strategic Planning and Key Accounts, a newly created position at COMBAT. Lord, a seasoned management executive with more than 20 years of experience, will lead COMBAT in these key areas and drive its continued growth.

With a history of developing and delivering strategic road maps for sales, marketing, engineering and operations across multiple product categories, Lord has a proven track record of growing businesses and achieving results, most recently as Vice President at Jarden. In that role, Lord helped manage the Rawlings, Worth and Miken brands, helping to increase market share and create new product and marketing platforms.
